Formed in 1994, Prosci is an independent research company in the field of change management.  Prosci's change management methodology has become one of the most widely used approaches for managing the people side of change in corporations and government.

Speaker

Derinda Ehrlich has been leading people through complex change for more than three decades.   She has led projects focused on global operations, manufacturing and process transformation in high tech industries as well as in smaller, not-for-profit organizations. 

Derinda is a sought after speaker and author on the topic of process improvement and change management.  She is high energy and passionate about teaching and coaching organizations to successfully navigate the challenges of changing the way they do what they do. 

Currently, as a Master Instructor for Prosci^®, Derinda presents and teaches their methodology for managing change. She also leads a consultancy practice focused on helping companies achieve performance excellence. 

Most recently, Derinda was the VP of Channel and Corporate Services for APICS, the leading global association for Supply Chain and Operations Management. Prior to APICS, Derinda was the Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Avnet, Inc. and worked in a variety of engineering roles at Motorola. 

She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Ms. Ehrlich holds the CPIM, CSCP and SCOR-P designations from the APICS and is a Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
